Position Description

The FP&A Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts. This individual will partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and sales to provide insights into performance trends, support strategic initiatives, and enhance financial discipline across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support monthly variance analysis and management reporting to explain performance against forecast, budget, and prior year.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, and sales to track KPIs, monitor costs, and assess profitability.
  • Analyze SKU-level and channel-level data to provide actionable insights into product performance and gross margin trends.
  • Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accuracy of financial statements and accruals.
  • Prepare and present financial summaries for executive leadership and board-level reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consulting—CPG or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Planful, or other FP&A tools preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and cost accounting principles.
  • Comfortable handling large data sets and translating them into business insights.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally.

Pay: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per YEAR
